When I was little, I told a joke that went like this: "How do you know which fly in the kitchen is the cowboy fly?" Answer: "The one on the 'fridge." The actual punchline was "The one on the range" but I didn't know what a range was, so I improvised. I suspect the title of this post is the same... she remembered that the carved pumpkins were called "Jack something" so she titled accordingly. Say the words "Jack o Lantern" and then "Jack 'n the Mouser" a couple of times right after each other and you'll hear it.
